A one year warranty on all services performed by GTA Interlock includes new installations and maintenance.

GTA Interlock is not responsible for natural causes from weather such as discolouring, staining, cracking, chipping and efflorescence on interlock pavers and natural stones. For new sod installation, it is the home owner’s responsibility to adequately water and maintains a proper watering schedule. GTA Interlock is not responsible for sealing applied on interlock pavers and natural stones if the sealer were to have a chemical reaction due to a previous sealer applied prior to GTA Interlock’s services, sudden weather changes during and 24 hours after application of sealing (rain, humidity and temperature), irrigation systems not turned off 24 hours prior, during and 24 hours after sealing applications, and a chemical reaction to soaps that may have been used or spilled on the interlock pavers and natural stones prior to the sealing applications.

GTA Interlock is not responsible for unforeseen costs that may occur during any projects performed. The following may be found during services performed which include hidden septic tanks, rocks, tree roots/trunks and foundation. GTA Interlock services for repair work assumes previous installers had performed installations of all landscape materials properly, if GTA Interlock were to be presented by improper installation, it will be brought to the home owner’s attention immediately. Extra costs to the final agreement of sale may result.

GTA Interlock is responsible for all local public utilities, telephone, cable, gas and hydro. However, GTA Interlock is not responsible for identifying private utilities such as, arrogation lines, out-door fixtures (lights), and solar heating lines and systems. Any damages during or after GTA Interlock’s services to private utilities is not responsible and it is the home owner’s responsibility to notify a representative from GTA Interlock to identify the locations prior to any of GTA Interlock’s services.

It is the home owner’s responsibility to obtain all necessary permits and proper documentation in respect with landscape construction.

Home owner agrees to allow GTA Interlock to photograph prior, during and after any services performed for documentation and promotion purposes.

GTA Interlock is covered by the Workers Safety Insurance Board.

Any touch-ups and repairs are considered normal maintenance and are billable. Maintenance is common for hard landscapes and requires services such as weed removal, repairs and sealing from GTA Interlock every 2 -3 years to maintain its intended appearance.
